For this clinical process, psychosocial intervention and individual psychotherapy develop a clinical conceptualization that illustrates the following:
Identify the client system and collect basic information.
Use social work tools such as: interviews, genograms, ecomaps, or other tools.
Support your practice based on clinical evidence, based on textbooks or references.
Make the diagnosis according to DSM-5.
Consider the stage of human development
Apply models or theories according to the situation.
Establish a treatment plan.
Explain the therapeutic procedure or follow-up sessions of the treatment plan.
Analyze the ethical aspects of the therapeutic intervention process.
Consider the concepts in the vocabulary section of this workshop.
