Wk 2 - Course Capstone Project: Part 2 - Interview Questions

Assignment Instructions

As you continue working on the Course Capstone Project this week, you should develop interview questions and schedule your 3 interviews.

Your goal is to use data from the interviews to:

Outline the roles and goals of the organization.
Learn about communication methods used by the organization.
Identify gaps in service.
Brainstorm ideas to help close the gaps and improve service.
Identify attributes of effective leadership skills in the organization.

Develop 3 sets of interview questions—1 set for each of the following people:

Administrator
Stakeholder
Consumer

You should create a list of at least 15 open-ended questions for each interviewee (45 total questions), enough to sustain a robust and detailed interview. Some examples to get you started have been provided in the Example Interview Questions document. Your weekly readings may also be a source of ideas for questions.

Follow applicable APA writing, citation, and formatting guidelines.
