Canadian Cross-Cultural Communication Exercise

 B1) Canadian Cross-Cultural Communication Exercise: Each student will  write a 1,000-word paper on the unique challenges of managing and  leading in a culturally diverse business environment for a Canadian  organization selected by the student and approved by the instructor.   Each student must apply 1 theory of cross-cultural differences that may  lead to an improvement in the cross-cultural communication strategy of  the organization. As in A1 above, what do these theories explain? What  do they fail to explain? What are the implications of your insights for  cross-cultural communication in the selected business organization?  For the purpose of assurance of learning, one score will be given based  on the ability to apply the cross-cultural communication theory to a  Canadian firm (MBA-INTERNATIONAL).
