Business Problem or Challenge

Using the same company or organization from Week 1, determine a business problem or challenge that requires a new information technology solution or an updated information technology solution.

Write a 3-page paper that includes the following:

• Explanation of the business problem and the requirements for its IT solution.
• A proposal for an information technology solution.
• Description of how the information technology solution aligns with the current business needs.

Be sure to:

• Describe all business stakeholders you should consult with to determine whether your proposed solution meets their needs.
• Describe all IT stakeholders you should consult with to be sure your proposal meets the IT requirements and fits into the IT architecture.
