Project Scope Statement (Keep it detailed and brief) 

Product (Service or Result) Description (Keep it clear and brief) 

Five MileStones to accomplish the Project

A Rough Order of Magnatude Budget  (Expert Judgement +50%)

Staff Needs (Key Employees needed because of expertise) 

Look at the Sample Template for ideas.  (I loved that short Scope template)
