Ethics Assignment

Imagine you work for a small insurance company that employees about 70 people. During Covid, many employees were suddenly required to begin working from home. Prior to the pandemic, employees were considered working only during time in the office, but the organization now needs to adopt formal policies and procedures regarding telecommuting. You have been asked to serve on a task force to consider guidelines for employees to telecommute.  

Using knowledge from this course and other coursework in the College of Business, complete the following items. 

1. Provide a list of possible policies/procedures that may be needed. (A list of at least 5 policies/procedures should be provided.)

2. List some of the  ethical implications regarding the company's information systems and employees' use of those systems that must be considered as they work to develop the guidelines.
