There is no argument that an organization needs leaders, right?  As you have been reading its Your Ship, the Benfold is Captain Abrashoff's "organization".

                Share a situation from your workplace FIRST SERGEANT UNITED STATES ARMY (or other professional environment for that matter) that would benefit from how Abrashoff handled various situations. 

                Explain the situation, make the connection to Abrashoff, and share what you would do if you were Abrashoff in your workplace.
