In this business tool, employees answer a series of carefully curated questions that will result in their business pattern of behavior. These behaviors are categorized as driver, integrator, guardian, and pioneer.  By identifying these behaviors, employees have a better understanding of how they work and collaborate in a business environment as well as what their strengths and weakness are when it comes to working in a team.  The following four personality types can be used to identify members of a team:

· Pioneers seek possibilities. They spark energy and imagination.

· Drivers seek challenge. They generate momentum.

· Guardians seek stability. They bring order and rigor.

· Integrators seek connection. They bring teams together.
