Our textbook discusses a topic called Sources of Inaccuracy in Performance Measurement. Read the topic thoroughly to understand the sources of inaccuracy. Then, based on your understanding of the sources, what would be some examples of "deficiency and contamination" with performance appraisals you may have experienced in your organization or based on research?

For all you have experienced or think you know about performance appraisals, make your case for or against using performance appraisals. Be sure to express why you make the case you offer.
