Another form of extra credit will be illustrations of concepts in biology. I want to encourage those students who like to draw or do graphic art to submit their extra credit in the form of illustrations. To receive credit, each illustration will be worth 10 points. In other words you can submit  up to five illustrations. The illustrations must deal with a concept presented in the course in an innovative manner. Copying an existing image will not be given any credit. They can be sketches or you can use software for your illustration. Each illustration must be accompanied with a one page description of the concept and how it is presented in the illustrations. Three references will be required per illustration.
