I thought The Stanford Prision Experiment was very demeaning and inhuman. The main ethical problems were that the guards were treating the prisoners' in human by resining the food to the prisoners', covering their eyes with blind folds, making them wear patient gowns with numbers on their backs. Not treating the prisoners' like a person. Guards being evil towards the prisoners' and the people acting like guards to heart.

The steps the researchers could have done to protect the participants who played the part as prisoners' as humans or people. Insuring that the participants had adequate food and water. Not treating the participants less than human. Remind the people who played as guards that this is only an experiment and not take it to the extreme by treating the prisoners' in humane.
