“Becoming An Effective Leader Journal”.

Evaluate one's own leadership capabilities using different leadership assessment tools.

Synthesize major learning points from the assessments into a journal-type assignment.

“Situational Approach” - Does a leader's motivation for adapting his or her leadership style have any effect on followers?  In other words, would a leader with a high concern for task differ from a leader with a high concentration for relationships?
