I was challenged to get reliable, accurate web training to support clinical decision-making that meets my evidence-based nursing clinical practice change expectations. I targeted Diabetic patients' management tools in the Hispanic population and how providers can guarantee better performance using a new protocol in the clinic after evaluating the web-based information resources in frontline practice. This activity encourages me to understand disparities in diabetic care in my selected setting that can affect the implementation of my DNP project.
