Autobiography
Written Autobiography: Your autobiography should be about 4 or 5 pages. It is the basis of exploring who you are. Be sure you cover the following:
· Personal Style • How would you describe your personal style? What principles and values are important to you?
· Strengths and Weaknesses: What are your main strengths and weaknesses?
· Self Assessments • How do the self assessments support your views? What have you learned about yourself from these assessments? Be sure to reflect on the outcomes of your Big 5 Personality, Social Style or disc, TypeFocus, EQ, and others. You may wish to include any other self assessments you may have done in other courses or professional development workshops.
· Career Goals • What do you want to achieve in the next 5 years—in your career and in your personal life?
