Assignment #4: Final Project – Coronavirus Project 

Base the final project on the environment currently surrounding all the issues with the Coronavirus outbreak. Take a position from the perspective of the Federal, State, or Local government. Develop a recommendation for purchasing PPE and other lifesaving equipment. Create a PowerPoint presentation and an Executive Summary to the President of the United States, Governor of the State, or Mayor of the town recommending the correct path from December of 2019 to the end of March 2020. Correctly, add the following information:

• What are the implications of purchasing the materials needed to help all of the personnel on the front lines? 
• Develop an Executive Summary Recommendation for buying the materials necessary to support the outbreak. It should discuss both qualitative and quantitative information. This policy should be one page double-spaced, 12-point font, one-inch margins
• Create a PowerPoint Presentation report that summarizes the recommendation. It should discuss the conclusions drawn about the purchasing concerns in supplying the Country, State, or local town with various products and equipment. Please reference the steps taken to make the purchasing effective and efficient viable. It should also reflect the role of purchasing in the supply chain link.
