Assessment 3:Major OB Assignment (2000 words)

Summary:

Students are to research and analyse an organisational behaviour issue within the specific context of their own workplace or industry. 

This project is to develop students’ conceptualizing, research and analytical skills. Students will assess and identify an existing Organisational Behaviour issue (preferably in their own organization or one that they are familiar with or have access to information), research applicable theories and conduct an analysis of the situation/ issues/ challenges; then developing and analyzing various alternatives; lastly selecting and recommending (and implementing where possible) the most suitable idea or solution.
