… In today's world artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are becoming more and more important daily. Pick one relevant topics, (e.g., Neural Networks, Swarm Intelligence, Intelligent Agents, Expert Systems, Game-playing machines, or Robotics) and write a research with opinion paper on how these topics relate to the AI topics covered in Chapter 15.

Research Paper including Internet/Other Research.

• At least Four (4) cited sources including our book (Sources can be books, articles or an Internet source).
• Four to Six (4 to 6) pages double spaced
• Research Paper Format
  • Required sections: Title, Abstract, Body, Opinion and References.
  • Be Sure to include an Abstract and Opinion sections this time.
  • Other sections are optional.
  • Since the research paper is being posted on the discussion board, each section does not need to start a new page.
  • How to Format Your Research Paper link (Science Buddies website).

Need at least one full page of your opinions and concerns about these topics

Score Breakdown:

• Part 1 - Actual Research Paper - 70 points
• Part 2 - Posting it to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Discussion Board - 10 points
• Part 3 - Constructive Discussion of at least 2 others' AI Technology Papers - 10 points per person (Maximum 35 points)

(All three parts are 8% towards your course grade).

For this chapter, do the following:

1. Read the Required Book Chapter 15
2. Read the Chapter Learning Materials
3. Research an area of Artificial Intelligences that interests you.
4. Create a 3-5 page Artificial Intelligence Research Paper from at least 4 cited sources.
5. Post your paper to the AI discussion board.
6. Constructively comment on at least 2 other papers.
7. Extra Credit:  Post what you learned from this assignment to the AI-Learn discussion board.
8. Please note that this chapter is not covered in any test.
9. Your Information Security Research Paper is worth 7% of your class grade
10. When you are comfortable with this material move on to the next chapter.
