For your final exam I am asking you to prepare a  summary report on the proposed  Trans Mountain Pipeline. The proposed pipeline  runs through British Columbia and Alberta and each provinces has two extreme viewpoints on the project.  This currently is Canada's largest national debate that  has immense future implications.

For your Exam I'd like you to:

1) Summarize the issue. Who are the players and what is the project proposing?

2) Present each Province's position and also the Federal government's position on the proposed pipeline.

3) Provided your perspective on if this pipeline should move froward and explain why.

I expect that each one of your answers will be backed by research you found on the issue.  The report should be 4-5 long.
