Application Paper

 Drawing on all readings, class work, and your personal and professional experiences, students will create a proposal for their organization with regard to talent development and performance management strategies. Section 1 of this paper should include an assessment of the current situation within the organization(Nonprofit(Devereux foundation)); the positive aspects of the current approaches; and the negative aspects of the current approaches. Part 2 of this paper should include the recommendation for strategies for talent development and performance management for your organization. Defend your proposal, include a cost / benefit analysis of your proposal.  Be sure to include specific references to personal experiences. The length of the Applied Summary Paper should be ten pages in length. (10 pages of content – this does not include your title page or your references page). Include a references page and cite sources within paper.

Rationale: To be able to take what they learned during this course and apply it to your organization in a way that will provide value to the organization.

Steps: Reflect upon what you learned during the course(2019SP1 Talent Dev and Performance Mngt (MNGT-610). Identify the talent development and performance management strategies currently employed by your organization and construct Part 1 of the paper. Explain what your organization currently does in these areas. Then explain the positive aspects of your organization’s strategies as well as the negative aspects. For Part 2 of the paper you will create a recommendation or proposal for either enhancements to your organization’s current strategies or you will develop a completely new strategy. Defend your proposal. Include a cost benefit analysis of your proposal. Include a project plan for implementation of your proposal.
