Dr. Kathryn Nantz was one of many teachers who applied Fink’s ideas to improve instruction and who wrote articles to report on successes in their own unique contexts. Choose one of the articles from Issue 119 of New Directions for Teaching and Learning—each of which represents a case study of faculty changing their approach to teaching in a particular subject or discipline. For your Assignment you will analyze how one of these instructors applied Fink’s strategies, so you can better apply them to your own chosen context in the coming weeks.
