Reflection - Relationships

Evaluate the three rules for negotiating a relationship presented in Box 9.1 of your text. Describe a situation in which you established a good relationship, or a situation in which relationship building failed. If your experience was successful did you follow these rules? If an unsuccessful experience, would these rules have helped?
