For this portion of the Annual Report Project you will read the "Management Discussion and Analysis" in the Form 10-K for your company of choice. Prepare a professionally written summary of 250-500 words. Include the following in your submission:

1. Provide a summary of at least four key points addressed by management in this section of the Form 10-K.
2. Analyze whether you think the summary provided by management accurately reflects the financial results of your company over the past year? Why or why not?

You are required to integrate at least one academic source in the summary.
