Write a 600 word paper, using the weekly readings, that includes the following:

• Discuss the difference between reaching agreement and closure. Are the two one in the same? Can you reach one without the other? How important is it to achieve both? 
• Evaluate the interplay between compromise and competition. Are they mutually exclusive or can both coexist?
