Chapter 1 of the course textbook, State and Local Government, includes a discussion of “inter-jurisdictional conflict”. For this scholarly activity you are tasked with defining inter-jurisdictional conflict. You are also required to use an example in your area to explain the meaning of the term. Make sure you discuss how we can manage these types of issues.

Your assignment must:

 Be a minimum of 600 words.

 Include an introduction which summarizes the main points of the scholarly activity and identifies the relevance of

the assignment to the course topic(s).

 Be typed, double-spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations

and references must follow APA format.

Include a cover page containing the tile of the assignment (Unit I-Essay), the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.
