7-10 pages research essay English 101 freshman's level

Hi there, I need help for my research essay for my English 101 class. I have four options to choose from as my topic as below: 

OPTION 1: Responding to a specific writer from class 

OPTION 2: Responding to the mindfulness movement’s influence on disciplines 

OPTION 3: Responding to an injustice 

OPTION 4: Teaching a specific audience about mindfulness 

I have all of my instructions and Samples attached..   I need 4 different files for this:

1. Personal Proposal & 2. Annotated Works Cited and Thesis Statement are both due tomorrow 4/1.

3. essay draft (5-7pages) due Thursday4/2 and 4. final essay due Friday 4/3

I am currently having a bad grade for this class, I don't need a perfect score I just need to have the work done on time.. Thanks!
