Thank you for your post. You did a fantastic job here and I enjoyed reading your observations of the GE website. In your post you shared “one thing that GE is not doing right is that the company has no provision for customer reviews. Oftentimes, customer reviews play an important role in influencing the buying behavior of other customers.” I am curious; who do you feel their target market is for this sight? Do they do a good job of illustrating this or is it too broad to narrow down to a specific market?
