6 to 7 page Budget Proposal related to OSU Athletic Revenue Sharing

Students will develop a budget proposal for sharing athletic revenue that will advance the objectives for OSU. This assignment requires students to describe the proposed project/initiative/service, identify costs and benefits, articulate the rationale, connect the project to relevant strategic plans, and situate the project in relevant nationwide/global trends.

I have included an example which the teacher has given. I would prefer no more than 2 tables.
