 Part Four: Analysis Essay of Team
The purpose of this assignment is to help you independently analyze the collaborative learning team; heighten team awareness; help the team to deal with issues such as communication, change, and leadership; predict problems; and design interventions. Using Microsoft Word, compose a 1,000-1,500 word analysis your learning team's strengths, weaknesses, and potential conflicts. As you consider this assignment, these questions should be answered:

2. What did the team do less well?
3. What did the team need to do more of?
4. What did the team need to do less of?
5. What kind of activities frustrated some members? Helped some members?
6. Were there interpersonal conflicts between team members?
7. What were the main areas of conflict between team members?
