 Disruptive changes involve an evolution in technology from the effect of the printing press, the assembly line, and any one of the innovations mentioned in this week’s required reading. The innovations mentioned in both articles are, with a few exceptions, the same. Select any three of these innovations that you find the most fascinating. Discuss the manner in which each article explained them. Which article gave you the most information about how the innovations you chose affected business decisions and strategies. It is possible that the articles “took turns” in terms of the most valuable information. Think of a business or industry that was forever altered by the innovation. (Whenever there is a disruption of this kind, there are winners and losers. The losers are generally the businesses that were employing the older technology.)
