4. What lessons are imparted by the tale of king Ajātaśatru, who slew his own father? What does this have to do with meditation? 
5. What is “breathing mindfulness?” What roles do breathing and breath-control have in Buddhist meditation?
6. In what ways are practice of the Four Divine Abidings (loving  kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, equanimity) thought to transform  the one who practices them?
