4 page refugee crisis essay and PPT version of the paper(need to be done in 8 hours)

Please use the article “ The Introduction of Canadian Refugee Policy and Its Implications for the Refugee Crisis in Europe” to answer the question 1-3, and use other website articles to answer the question 4 and provide the link of the website at the last page.

The essay is a kind of speech draft of the presentation(PPT), it should be at least 4 pages, and there is no need to as formal as an academic research paper, I need to bring it to class and present to the classmates.

Please also provide a PPT version of this essay, it should be the summary for the speech draft, and it should allow me to present at least 20 minutes. The PPT should be detailed enough to include the main topic, sub-topics, and summary follow the order of the question 1-4, the specific examples, data, and pictures are also good to provide in the PPT.

So basically, the essay which is the speech draft is the summary of the article “ The Introduction of Canadian Refugee Policy and Its Implications for the Refugee Crisis in Europe”(question 1-3), and the other website articles (question 4). Then the PPT version is the summary of the essay.
