4-2 Consultant’s Journal: Final Project Outline

Hi all, I need help with the following: 

Prompt-  

In this module’s journal, you will outline your plan for completing the final project and share your current progress on selecting the main elements to focus on.

I'm trying to write a paper about how a consultant can best leverage their services to help reduce company turnover at a bank.  I'd appreciate guidance on the various parts, which I've included as an attachment.
