Now, you will identify a theory or conceptual framework to apply to the organizational problem. Use the Problem-to-Theory Application Table in the Bess and Dee (2012) text to locate an appropriate theory or conceptual framework. Briefly summarize the theory or conceptual framework and justify the selection (you will apply it to the organizational problem in the next assignment).
