respond 100 words to student fred for respling to my post class 381 wk 8:

Well done this week on how to handle the situation. People who have never had to deal with a hazmat spill and all the things involved in it, do not understand what it takes. Handling and containing the spill in many cases, in the first few minutes, seems to be the part that goes quickly, but the clean up afterwards is what seem to be the most time consuming. Many companies and businesses seem to let training in general or hazmat type training slip, and not be conducted as it should, in turn creating a short fall when you have a incident. How often do you think training should be conduct and why?
