Both of these clips feature powerful women in very different parts of the theatre industry. 

 Contemporary theatre can be defined in so many ways, broken into so many sub-groups, that it is easy to focus on the differences in performances.  However, what are the similarities between the two works these women present? 

 What is at the core of each of these works that is similar to the other?  

Which type of performance do you prefer?  Why?
