Overview

In your journal activity this module, you took the Big Five Personality Test. Your results speak to where on the continuum of extroversion you fall. Scoring high on extroversion would indicate that you exhibit traits of being an extrovert, while scoring low on extroversion would indicate that you exhibit traits of an introvert.

In this activity, you will explore the differences between introverts and extroverts in a workplace or school setting, and the ways these personality traits in managers and team members can influence team dynamics.

• Explain how an increased awareness of the introversion and extroversion of yourself and others helps you be more effective in the workplace or school setting. Your response should be 3 to 5 sentences in length.
