What you eat as well as other habits can either reduce or increase the chances of developing disease. Now scientists believe that what your mother ate when she was pregnant with you may have an even greater impact on your disease risk. Much of this new area of study, epigenetics, is being done here at OHSU in Portland. Watch the video and read the short article.
