2 pages executive summmary

I need an executive summary (1-2 pages) about this project (attached document).

For your understanding, this project is about making a pure water pipeline over a creek. There are 2 options that will be considered. The first is Jack and bore option, and the second is the pedestrian bridge option. My decision is pedestrian bridge. You can see the PowerPoint I attached for the reasons why I picked the second option. Please include all the advantages that I mentioned in the PowerPoint for this summary.
