2 pages anthropology paper

You know, a great way to learn about the Maya culture is to have you do a quick “ethnography” on the modern Maya!  Although the political infrastructure of the ancient Maya collapsed, there are descendants today that still practice traditional life ways.  I want you to choose one of the many Maya communities found throughout Central America (Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize) and provide me with a 1-2 page write-up about something that interests you! You can talk about their subsistence practices, craft-making, religious practices, or whatever you like!  Have fun :)
