i. Within the analysis give a definition of financial management and explain how individuals, customers, and employees of a company benefit from a company’s ability to maximize its intrinsic value through the implementation of sound financial management.

ii.  Provide an overview of the financial markets and the instruments used by companies to create future cash flows.

iii. Conclude with what might be added or taken from these relationships that make it more applicable to either your current company or one you know well.
