Also gazing is a term used to refer to a long and fixed look, which is to fix the eyes in a steady intent look often with eagerness or studious attention. Also its a term used in film and media theory which refers to the hierarchical and ideological ways in which spectators view images of people, as well as to the gaze or look of those portrayed
