measure the relationship between variables. However, it has been identified that this
approach is not suitable for research questions as it needs a deeper understanding of social
processes or subjective experiences that may be better addressed through a qualitative
approach. It has been identified that the specific selected research design must be aligned
with the hypotheses and research question to effectively address the research aims with
collected data. The article "Practices of Exclusion and Injustices within social work
education" by Norah Hosken is a combination of both qualitative and quantitative data
approaches, which is more appropriate to grab an in-depth understanding of the marginalized
individual's experiences in social work education.

Application to Practice
It is safe to integrate this knowledge into social practices because it aligns with the
ethical values and principles of the profession, including recognition of dignity and
promotion of social justice. However, it is crucial to approach this work with openness and
humility.
