How systems theory can help administrators understand the relationships between human services
organizations and their environments.
A organizational theory that is very commonly utilized in administration and management is the
systems theory. An organization can either be an open or closed system. The closed system setting is
usually unaffected, while on the other hand the environment has an impact on open system. The system
theory can be used in a business setting in order to describe how parts of a firm of how a corporation
can interact with its organization. A system can be considered as being a wide collection of various
diverse pieces which all work together collaboratively in order to achieve a common and mutual
purpose in a way that interconnected.
It can be considered as being a great method that can be used in order to get work done as a
