Having a lender pre approve her credit. 3. Know what you want. I am sure
buying a new home is exciting, but you shouldn't settle for one house, Have
your options open and continue to look around. 4. Lastly, Buy what you are
comfortable paying for. Of course houses are nice, but they sure are
