Course Overview
You’ve probably seen fictional scenarios in movies, tv, and books
related to ethical and legal issues in business. While some
scenarios might be extreme, many times they’re somewhat close
to actual dilemmas that can arise in the workplace. Throughout
this course, we’ll discuss the foundations of law and ethics and
the relationship to labor, employment, contracts, and intellectual
property. You’ll work through scenarios and use your newfound
skills to make business decisions.
"Six essential qualities that are the key to
success include sincerity, personal integrity,
humility, courtesy, wisdom, and charity."
– Dr. William Menninger
