Well, it’s a nice idea to use and implement a database management system (DBMS) for
your department. I think the first presentation about the purchasing decision of DBMS would
be to the budget owners from the finance department and the senior management. As they are
higher representatives in your department, they can provide you with better perspectives on the
implementation of the DBMS. While you are planning to give a presentation in front of them, I
will recommend you to prepare your presentation in a very organized and clear manner. From
the perspective of an employee, I can recommend you to have eye contact with the members
who are present in the presentation room. This will help to show your confidence level with the
use of a DBMS in the department. From the perspective of an audience, I will suggest you
create confidence and trust among the members with warmth and strengths and power pose so
that the DBMS can be implemented in the department in an effective manner.
In general, the database management system is well known as a computerized data-
keeping system. This system is helpful for performing different kinds of operations in a system
for the management of the database structure or for the manipulation of the data in the database
(What is a database management system? IBM, 2021). Likely, the implementation of the
database management system will be beneficial for the chosen Amazon Company to manage
the database structure and manipulate the data in the database to increase its productivity.
Moreover, the Company could also generate effective data integration, improved data security
and data sharing, better decision making, reliable data, and many more with the use of a
database management system.

I think you can organize the presentation in an effective manner by focusing on creating
confidence and trust, which is the key to get success in the presentation. First of all, you need to

confidence.
When you are looking forward to identifying the target audience, it is essential to
conduct it very efficiently. Here, I would like to advise certain things that can help you to
identify your target audience. First of all, you need to identify the certain characteristic of your
customers and your leads. After that, you need to identify the growth driving factors for your
market’s motivation and think about the benefits that your potential audience can get attracted
to. Apart from this, you can also identify your target audience through four segments such as
geographic, psychographic, demographic, and behavioural aspects (What is a database

audience with confidence and trust.

In general, the executive-level presentation is an update or brief proposal that a
consultant or an employee delivers to the executive groups at the organizational level. This
kind of presentation plays an effective role in the Company. Thus, I have some
recommendations and tips for executive-level presentations that can bring productivity to the
Company. In the executive-level presentations, it is essential to focus on some specific
information like key milestones, product profile, market share and growth, company revenue,
company strategy, and profit that should be a structured way. It is essential to give a brief
introduction about the use of the system that can benefit the Company at an extensive level.

Additionally, some research evidence, the Company’s current situations, new opportunities,
and alternative options could be highlighted ta the executive level presentation so that an
effective result could be expected from it. Therefore, it is recommended that while doing the
presentation in front of the executives or audiences, it is essential to focus on the power pose. It
means that stand straight with your shoulders back so that it can show your confidence level for
the presentation. Moreover, it is important to focus on the hand gesture that can be used while
explaining things and try to avoid unnecessary hand movements.

In general, the stakeholder-level presentations involve various external and internal
stakeholders who have contributed to the work team, project, committee, or initiative. At the
organizational level, this kind of presentation is considered to be more effective and
productive. The essential information that could be informed is the time, location, the main
purpose of the meeting, and others. However, there is specific information required for the
stakeholder-level presentations that are essential to understand before giving the presentation
in front of the stakeholders. Here, I recommend that the presentation must lead with the key
messages to the stakeholders. It will be more effective if the presentation uses different stories
to illustrate the key points. Throughout the preparation of the presentation, it is important to do
more practice so that you can better present yourself at the stakeholder-level presentations.
Apart from this, the stakeholders can ask different types of questions related to the
presentation, so it is essential to be prepared to answer them. Along with this, you can also
encourage feedback from the stakeholders so that the effectiveness of the project could be
initiated further. At last, I recommend that you need to critique your own performance based on
your presentation skills. Likely, you can give your best at stakeholder-level presentations.
