Instructional Materials
This course provides an overview of the various aspects of healthcare management. Specific
areas covered include leadership and management concerns, organizational behavior and
motivation, teamwork, managing healthcare professionals, strategic planning, healthcare
marketing, quality improvement, information technology, issues specific to the U.S. healthcare
system, managing insurance and costs, ethics, fraud and addressing disparities.
