COURSE DESCRIPTION
Can knowing our past really help us better understand the world today and allow us to make more
informed decisions about our future? Economic forecasters, business analysts, social activists,
technologists, and politicians say, "yes." In this course, you will explore key events in U.S. history and
make connections to their influence and impact on society today. You will also be challenged to critically
analyze information and decide what is credible and accurate so you can draw your own conclusions.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Analyze historical records that allow one to determine credibility and validity.
