Course Description
Instructional Materials
As schools and organizations become more diverse environments, so does the need for
individuals to understand and appreciate diverse abilities, genders, sexualities, cultures and
socioeconomic statuses. Students learn theoretical approaches to diversity and apply them to
adult experiences about diversity. Best practices for designing content and environments that
appreciate and include multiple viewpoints are examined.
