Emails are one of the means organization use to communicate within the
organization, and also with external parties, and it is also one way that
attackers use to gain entry into an organization system and network. It is
essential to protect all email, especially confidential emails. Some of the

standing in the way of hackers getting a hold of personal and confidential

one way to protect your email account. A strong password should have a
long length, at least 8 character long, it should involve numbers and
special characters, and should not be from commonly used or
